Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns or exchanges on our candles only if they are unused and unlit.
Please note: You are responsible for shipping costs both ways, which can be approximately $7–$9 each way within the U.S.
Our candles are novelty items made with custom-blended fragrances. These are our interpretations of scents and may not always match your expectations. We’ve done our best to describe the fragrances accurately, and we hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it. To do so, we require a photograph of the damaged item to be emailed to us. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim. Damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Orders are processed within 3–5 days and shipped from our Arizona City, Arizona location via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s shipping standards.
We accept major credit cards via PayPal and Square.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
Do not move a hot or burning candle.
For best results, allow the wax to achieve a full melt pool during the first burn.
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent high flames, flickering, or smoke.
Burn the candle for 3–4 hours on the first use or until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container to avoid tunneling.
Allow the candle to cool completely between burns.
